Webcor's CSR and Marketing departments launched the "Don't Waste, Create" campaign, inviting consumers and local artists in Angola to create art or useful items using recycled materials only. This project aims to create more consciousness amongst the public about resources, recycling, and avoiding waste. One of the Group CSR's missions is to empower its people and communities to make greener choices, reduce their negative impact, and preserve the wellbeing of our planet.

The participation is made through the sending of samples of the work through the digital pages of Angoalissar, and the best ideas will be invited to a collective exhibition and the winner will receive a prize of 1.000.000 (One million Kwanzas).

The registration phase for proposals begins on March 3 and runs until April 5, followed by the selection phase that will culminate in the collective exhibition on April 22, Earth Day, an event in which the winner of the prize will be announced.

Artists, architects, designers, craftsmen, sculptors, and creators of other modalities that reside in Angola can participate in this contest, and people without artistic experience are accepted as long as they present environmentally friendly pieces.
