      Mr. Ali Nehme Nesr, the Founder and Chairman of Webcor Group, launched the Ali Nesr Educational Program (ANEP) to fund the higher education of our employees' children. The initiative provides full scholarships to Webcor employees' children who excel academically and wish to pursue undergraduate degrees at top universities. Our students are assigned mentors and advisors during their 4-year scholarship program to help them navigate and maximize their college experience and participate in a summer internship program to build technical skills in a real work environment.

The AngoAlissar Academy provides our employees with internal training that identifies the exact skills and knowledge that they need to excel and succeed at their jobs. Employees receive adequate training programs and sharing best practices in customer service, selling techniques, merchandising, and logistics. We also hold language training in English and Portuguese and accounting courses for non-accountants and finance for non-finance managers.
