​Our team of volunteers spent a morning at the center to bring joy to dozens of orphans living and learning at Dom Bosco Center in Sambizanga, Luanda, Angola.

More than 50 orphaned children enjoyed a different kind of morning on June 25 with over 25 Angoalissar volunteers, with whom they played games followed by a delicious meal and sweets.

Together with the marketing team, our social responsibility department organized this fantastic event with various games, a kuduro competition, and the distribution of kits sponsored by our Webcor leading brands.

This event was hosted by Ambrosio Sanda, from the marketing department, who brilliantly took on the role and ran the whole event, making it fun and engaging. All the colleagues actively participated in all the games and distributed hugs and attention, which these children desperately need.

In the end, the feeling was unanimous: we accomplished our mission and made a real difference for these children, as our spirit of solidarity and joy that unites us shone through. In the words of Sónia Pacavira from the Import Department, "We are pleased to participate in this initiative, and I'm sure the whole team will be happy to participate in future events."

Following the event, the children had one last request for our team - they wanted to keep a picture of themselves as a souvenir, so they can never forget this memorable day. A wish that was immediately granted.
